I had another hack on Crawling Chaos, which is nice. The guys at CoBRa_21 left their calling card and some nice music. I may repay the favour.   Needless to say, I’ve made no changes at all to my site(s) and expect to have to do this every two days or so.  Who is it? Another Muslim lot possibly, but who knows?   If I left messages all over my site saying I was actually Margaret Thatcher and that I was now a lesbian, it wouldn’t be true or believable.  If it was full of links to Tory party headquarters would that make it any more believable?   Only if you’re a fuckwit.  Well that just shows that, like newspapers, don’t believe everything you read.

When most shit happens, you must ask yourself “who has most to gain by doing this?” followed by “who has most to lose?” Careful consideration usually produces the right answer – like when the “Rainbow Warrior” was mysteriously blown up in New Zealand. When it happened I was in France at the time. Using the above reasoning I said categorically that it was the French Secret Service. A few months later this was proved to be so.

The same goes for this hacking. Who has got most to gain by upsetting thousands of small webmasters across the world? Answers on a postcard to Blue Peter please.
