WebSites Updated with Post Updated Plugin

I’ve implemented the post updated plugin from http://guff.szub.net onto the Crawling Chaos site and this site again but onto the current templates. I had to change the index and single php files. Also, I’ve whipped out the big RSS feed graphic from the template sidebar php file as it was taking up too much screen space.

In common with some of the postings on guffszub I want to implement a simple “site last updated” line somewhere obvious but not intrusive. I’ll have a think.

Also, I’ve yet to implement the languages plugin from http://www.nothing2hide.net/ like I had it previously on the Crawling Chaos site. I found that with the current template I need to experiment a bit to get it to appear on one line neatly. I just about had it working last time when the sites got cracked (see here for extra details) and it became pretty low on the prioritisation scale!(ed. droll, very droll). Since I seem to be keeping the bad boys and girls at bay for now, well now is the time to get this done I guess. As it worked fine with the previous template, I’ll do it soon. However, for me, it never worked reliably with the Babelfish, only with the google translator, which worked fine with the languages I wanted. Watch this space.
