It’s been announced that Microsoft is going to “open” up “some” of it’s software so that inter-operability is increased with other software.
This is the fourth time they’ve said they are going to do this. They’ve been fined nearly a billion by the EU (on different counts, to be fair) since the first time, so hey! See if you can spot the difference between these pictures!
