News is that currently our elected representatives are struggling to see truth over 42 days…http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/7446141.stm
I’ve just checked my subs…. £36 on 21st April last. According to the Labour Party website this will buy ~2,500 leaflets.
Just to re-iterate, if this vote goes through that’s the last of the money from me and I’ll not be shoving the 2500 leaflets through doors like I did last time. So where do I stand? Freedom, freedom from hysteria, self reliance for those that can and help for those that can’t.
Even though the ID card scheme is still supposed to be on, I think it’s a non-starter as all the agencies responsible for anything like this have proved themselves to be totally incompetent at keeping data secure. The joke in our office is that if you can’t remember your national insurance number, you’ll find it on a CD in the middle of the main roundabout into town….

Ha Ha. A bit of “the war on terror” was left on a train yesterday. Like I said, what price data security?
If data is easily lost, it’s easily forged.
If the data is ID data, then IDs are easily forged.
A secret out, no matter what the secret, is no longer a secret.
……..a bit like my children’s identities etc that went out last year!
Yeah. Gone.
