I checked it out. It’s from a May 4, 2006 cover of the magazine. If you whack in a few key words into google like Bush worst president in History it pulls a shed load of info. At the time it appears to have made a bit of a stink. This site, lists it as a magazine cover competition finalist for that year, although I’ve never been aware of such a bizarre concept. This right wing show has the best reproduction I found so far and is a bit peeved about it….
