Further to my earlier post, http://strangelyperfect.tv/718/email-spam-trojans-hiding-on-websites-as-msnbc-breaking-news-items/ the ESET blog has pointed out some “False Invoice Spam” that I’ve also had, but not investigated. See here: http://www.eset.com/threat-center/blog/?p=141
This works by social manipulation and actually finishes off with the spammer making money from the victim!
