Revealed: 8 million victims in the world’s biggest cyber heist

Some bad guys have stolen the identities of about 8 million people in a hacking raid instigated by an Indian cracker that could ultimately steal more than £2.8billion from people’s credit card and bank accounts plus other dodgy crimes.
This has a bit of personal significance for me as I recently stayed in one of the hotels while on an IT jaunt with my employer’s company, NHS Supply Chain, part of DHL which is owned by Deutsch Post, the seventh largest company in the world.
So the threads run deep. I’m pretty sure I didn’t leave my card details as it was all on the company card.. But I’ll be watching. 8-O
