Strangely visits Northumberland. Newbiggin
is coming on fine with the new sea defence works and statues.
I know what the sea’s like there; I give the statues six years before they’re bent over. Anth was unobtainable, apparently, but buddhisty, apparently.

Strangely visits Runcorn, Normanton & Alfreton right in the floods for database planning stuff.

Jhonn’s Angel by Crawling Chaos was in my head for three days as the water spurted out from the the grass in the fields.  This was while I was driving along the M62 towards Normanton.

There’s a song here somewhere.

Stuart Argabright told me he had a good time in Lyon with his reformed band Ike Yard. They were on Factory and got fucked aboot by them as well. A kindred spirit.
