Assange Given Ecuadorian Asylum

Assange Given Ecuadorian Asylum – but what next?

Ecuador Assange Statement

Ecuador Assange Statement

This is the full text released by Ecuador for their reasons for Assange’s successful application.  See original text at the end.

But What is to Happen Now?

For now, Assange will have to stay in the Embassy.  Ecuador has asked for assurances about his safe passage, but as it stands, Hague and Cameron look the foolish chumps for what they are and won’t back down.

My guesses, are:

  1. That Assange will have a “mysterious” accident or similar and the nasty people in the world will breathe a sigh of relief – the embassy is no doubt bugged and all communications in and out religiously monitored.  His undetected escape looks unlikely.   Food, drink or water could be tampered with; holes could be drilled, hypodermics, germs or gas through the walls – who knows?   Like a Sherlock Holmes/locked room mystery,  try the poisoned ice dart through the keyhole?   See http://wramsite.com/forum/topics/breitbart-murder-by-heart-attack-the-cost-of-exposing-our-corrupt  and http://youtu.be/tzIw44w00ow CIA Whistleblower talks about Heart Attack gun
  2. Assange will have to wait for a change in UK government.  Even so,
    • should he get a plane to Ecuador it can be shot down (remember the start of the Rwandan genocide?).
    • Should he get a boat, it can “disappear” in a storm…
    • Should he arrive safely he can be either murdered in secret or by a public presidential decree – remember Trotsky in Mexico, Allende in Chile, Che Guevara in Bolivia, Bin Laden in Pakistan, Rudolf Diesel on the English Channel?
  3. At  low level of current probability, those in charge of the USA and UK must fundamentally change their attitude towards freedom of information and accountability in public office.
    • The emails etc. which are at the real centre of Assange’s troubles show elected and non-elected officials behaving with scant regard to either their own laws, international laws or natural law.
    • It is for them to recognise this which will allow Assange back into normal society and thus face the law courts in Sweden.
    • As I said, a very, very low probability in the current climate since those in power, those in the emails, those on the tapes, those on the videos (like the machine gunning of innocent civilians), all of those need to recognise their culpability at worse, or at least that they’ve been shown to have acted like idiots and now have egg on their face.

Reminder:  The Initial Swedish Set-up

Forgetting the secret US indictment from over a year ago revealed in the Stratfor secrecy emails,  Sweden issued an arrest warrant, then dropped it, then “sort-of” reopened the investigation before barring Assange from Sweden?  I know.  You work it out.  It’s all detailed succinctly in this Telegraph page from June 2012.

Bizarrely though, this Foxnews rant/explanation from Glenn Beck (both not noted for their liberal stance…!) is even better at describing the events for which Assange was arrest warranted with in Sweden.  Pay close attention and you’ll see how what we are now being fed by Hague and the Obama administration is seriously at odds with this very precise investigation and summary made soon after the events in question…  http://youtu.be/npBvNJl6X9w

Ecuador’s Key Points

An English translation of the eleven key points, derived from The Dissenter, is here:

  1. Julian Assange is an award-winning communications professional internationally for his struggle for freedom of expression, press freedom and human rights in general;
  2. That Mr. Assange shared with the global audience was privileged documentary information generated by various sources, and affected employees, countries and organizations;
  3. That there is strong evidence of retaliation by the country or countries that produced the information disclosed by Mr. Assange, retaliation that may endanger their safety, integrity, and even his life;
  4. That, despite diplomatic efforts by Ecuador, countries which have required adequate safeguards to protect the safety and life of Mr. Assange, have refused to facilitate them;
  5. That is certain Ecuadorian authorities that it is possible the extradition of Mr. Assange to a third country outside the European Union without proper guarantees for their safety and personal integrity;
  6. That legal evidence clearly shows that, given an extradition to the United States of America, Mr. Assange would not have a fair trial, could be tried by special courts or military, and it is unlikely that is applied to cruel and degrading , and was sentenced to life imprisonment or capital punishment, which would not respect their human rights;
  7. That while Mr. Assange must answer for the investigation in Sweden, Ecuador is aware that the Swedish prosecutor has had a contradictory attitude that prevented Mr. Assange the full exercise of the legitimate right of defence;
  8. Ecuador is convinced that they have undermined the procedural rights of Mr. Assange during the investigation;
  9. Ecuador has found that Mr. Assange is without protection and assistance to be received from the State which is a citizen;
  10. That, following several public statements and diplomatic communications by officials from Britain, Sweden and USA, it is inferred that these governments would not respect the conventions and treaties, and give priority to domestic law school hierarchy, in violation of rules express universal application and,
  11. That, if Mr. Assange is reduced to custody in Sweden (as is customary in this country), would start a chain of events that would prevent the further protective measures taken to avoid possible extradition to a third country.

What’s clear is that Ecuador is actually in a win-win situation here.

    They recognised the sabre rattling of William Hague and David Cameron for what it is – that the UK cannot pick and choose which international treaties to abide by without acquiring the severest opprobrium of its own people and parliament.

    •  Of course, there’s the “sticks and stones” argument which the government may ignore by barging in, armed to the teeth, anyway, but also the long-lasting risks to the whole British diplomatic force who will be placed in the severest of danger.  This latter they cannot ignore.
    • The memory of the US embassy in Iran lies still, as does the death of WPC Yvonne Fletcher outside the Libyan embassy.
    • How can the UK pontificate on others when behaving worse than a bull in a china shop?
  • Ecuador has its own internal problems and this crisis will strengthen the hand of its President Correa, but also its standing in the eyes of all the little countries of the world, especially those in South America, historically in the thrall of US might.
  • They point out that Assange is only wanted for questioning in Sweden and that Sweden has refused to question Assange on Ecuadorian “land”, the embassy.
  • They point out the red herring issue of Sweden in its entirety, in that several public and private threats have been made or allured to against Assange by the governments of Sweden, USA, UK and that his own country hasn’t offered any protection (of course, we all know that the Aussie government is following the UK & USA like sheep).
  • So Assange is in dire and immediate threat of kidnap, torture, summary trial by a military court, execution or imprisonment in inhumane conditions.  We all know the USA is guilty of this having been caught red handed several times as has the UK in its collusion.
  • So the UK & USA are not havens of justice, guardians of the rights of Man, protectors from dictatorships nor international peacemakers.
    • Their actions from Vietnam through to Chile, from Egypt through to Bahrain, from corrupt banking to multinational deforestation programs, from Stratfor and the secret surveillance society to drone bombings of civilians shows them to be pariah states on the same footing as Zimbabwe or North Korea, say.
    • Ecuador has rightly recognised all of this, and more.

As part of their statement, they stood on the following points  (derived from Google translate!):

a) The asylum, in all its forms, is a fundamental human right which creates obligations erga omnes, that is, “for all” states.

b) The diplomatic asylum, shelter (or territorial asylum), and the right not to be extradited, expelled, delivered or transferred, human rights are comparable, since they are based on the same principles of human protection: no return and no discrimination without any adverse distinction based on race, colour, sex, language, religion or belief, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status, or any other similar criteria.

c) All these forms of protection are governed by the principles pro person (i.e., more favourable to the individual), equality, universality, indivisibility, interrelatedness and interdependence.

d) The protection occurs when the state of asylum, refugee or required, or the protecting power, consider the risk or the fear that the protected person may be a victim of political persecution or political offences against him.

e) The State granting asylum seekers qualify causes, and in case of extradition, assess evidence.

f) No matter which of its forms or forms are present, the seeker is always the same cause and the same legal order, ie, political persecution, which causes it lawful, and safeguard the life, personal safety and freedom of protected person, which is the lawful purpose.

g) The right to asylum is a fundamental human right, therefore, belongs to jus cogens, ie the system of mandatory rules of law recognized by the international community as a whole, do not support a contrary agreement, being null treaties and provisions of international law they oppose.

h) In cases not covered by the law in force, the human person remains under the protection of the principles of humanity and the dictates of public conscience, or are under the protection and authority of the principles of international law derived from established custom, from the principles of humanity and from the dictates of public conscience.

i) Lack of international agreement or domestic legislation of States can not legitimately claim to limit, impair or deny the right to asylum.

j) The rules and principles governing the rights to asylum, extradition no, no delivery, no expulsion and transfer are not converging, as far as is necessary to improve the protection and provide it with maximum efficiency. In this sense they are complementary international law of human rights, the right to asylum and refugee law, and humanitarian law.

k) The rights of protection of the human person are based on ethical principles and values universally accepted and therefore have a humanistic, social, solidarity, welfare, peaceful and humanitarian.

l) All States have the duty to promote the progressive development of international law of human rights through effective national and international action.

  • Here they kick down the quasi-judicious use by the UK of the 1987 Act regarding Embassies and the like in the UK.
  • They state the various rights of Man as defined in the United Nations and elsewhere (in case the UK has forgotten them!!!)
  • They point out the various ethical issues.

Ecuador has produced a clear and unambiguous statement, totally unlike the shadowy cloak and daggers stuff from Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

United pops up a lot in the state’s names.  They’re united, but only united in shame and devilishness corruption.  This is the reason for their stance – it’s nothing to do with national security and everything to do with covering their own backs.

The truth is really out now.  Notably, bonkers Boris has been quiet on the issue so far – he never thought much of Cameron and I guess it’s even less now!

Watch Out for The God Squad in ALL their Forms!

Free Kareem Amer

I’ve just added a neat plugin to this website by the noted author, Michael Torbert.  His plugins probably have more usage than any others on the world!

It’s a “Free Kareem” plugin, devoted to furthering the cause of er … freeing Kareem Amer who’s been incarcerated and tortured for two years in Egypt for this blog post (amongst other things), translated here.  Bin Yah’s comment I found pretty forthright, erudite and well-structured.  Kareem’s posting related to events he witnessed in the Alexandria riots and his thoughts thereon.

I’ve copied the English translation of the blog post at the end of this article.

His posting,

Kareem Amer: “There Is No Deity but the Human Being”

.. can be seen as the direct antithesis to core beliefs postulated by the Abraham-based religions.  As such, while living in Egypt because of his birth, he’s NOT sat on the fence between the various Muslim sects, Jewish sects and Christian sects.  To paraphrase “The Matrix“;

There is no fence!

Write to Kareem!And fair play to him.  In actual fact, his ‘treatise“There is no deity but the human being”, is more like an ancient Buddhist text than that of someone brought up in the Muslim tradition in an Islamic state!  But he’s really suffered for his stand.  Whether he’d have suffered more in a Jewish jail or Christian prison (especially one of say, four centuries back) is debatable.  The thing is he’s suffering now in the same way as the Guantanamo people.  I’m especially thinking here of Binyam Mohamed who was (most probably) tortured by the Americans with British acquiesce and connivance to the fact.  A not-very-balanced BBC report about this is here, Demands for MI5 ‘torture’ inquiry

Kareem goes a bit over the top at the end of his rant.  “Islam’s dirty finger” is obviously and self-evidently not “behind every catastrophic event to humanity“.  I can sympathise with his exasperation, but there were plenty of catastrophic abuses of humanity before Mohamed decided to have a purge against Christians, before Christians had decided to kill all Jews because they’d killed the saviour and before Jews persecuted the Samaritans and Philistines (and vice-versa).  Aside from the Abrahamic religions, the Romans massacred a third of Gaul (now France) and across the ocean, the Incas had massacred other Andean tribes, similarly with the Aztecs and Olmecs.  In parallel times but on the other side of the world, the Chinese people suffered greatly from the various power struggles, usually dressed as religious wars from the times of Confucius until the present day.  And also, as I’ve mentioned many times on these pages, there has been a catalogue of recent abuses in my name by my government and it’s allies!

The truth is to realise when people are taking advantage of you for their own ends.  It may be carped up with religious logic or calls to the patriotic heart, but it’s all bunkum.

Once you realise this, you can block this grasping for power, and expand the power of your innate humanity within yourself for the peaceful furtherance of the greater good.

It’s the only way.

The Naked Truth about Islam As I Saw It In Maharram Beh

By Abdul Kareem Nabeel Suleiman (Kareem Amer)

Saturday, October 22, 2005

The Muslims have taken the mask off to show their true hateful face, and they have shown the world that they are at the top of their brutality, inhumanity, and thievery. They have clearly shown their worst features and have shown that in dealing with others they are not governed by any moral codes.

From what I have seen yesterday of the events at Maharram Beh, which were quite shameful, and have shown me more facts that they have tried to cover over the centuries.

They have indicated that Islam is a religion of peace and forgiveness, but their true face has been uncovered to show barbarism and thievery and fanaticism and not acknowledging others, and attempting to remove them from existence.

Some may think that the actions of the Moslems does not represent Islam and has no relationship with the teachings of Islam that was brought by Mohamed 14 centuries ago, but the truth is that their actions is not different from the Islamic teachings in its original form when it has urged people to deny others and hate them and kill them and take their property, things that they know well but they try to deceive people by falsely defending the teachings of Islam by extremists and they are hiding from the truth and they prefer living a lie.

I have seen with my own eyes the thugs as they break into our Christian brothers’ stores after the whole area of Maharram Beh was completely out of control of the government authorities, and I saw them as they ransack the contents of the store right and left, amidst cheering and shouting extremist Islamic slogans, and I saw them stealing the money from inside the drawers of the cash registers and splitting it among themselves as if it is justified by being owned by what they call the infidels and the worshippers of the cross.

I saw them break into a liquor store owned by a Coptic merchant Labib Lotfy and I saw them smash everything they can get their dirty hands on, including the refrigerator and the scale and the boxes and liquor bottles. I saw some of them stealing liquor bottles so they can get drunk after a hard day’s work against the Coptic infidels.

It is worth mentioning that although some people may think that this Christian-owned liquor store was particularly targeted because the owner is selling the forbidden alcoholic beverages that is forbidden in Islam, but another liquor store in front of the Christian-owned store happens to be owned by a Moslem merchant, and none of the thugs dared to attack, as they did with the Christian-owned store. Now you can see the hateful sectarian actions.

What the Moslems did yesterday in a very vulgar and criminal and horrible way proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that they don’t acknowledge others or their rights of existence or their rights to live with the freedom of expression and also consider them less than them, and these actions should be fought and exterminated for is it right to leave these horrible human beings to do what they want and kill, destroy, steal, and burn??!!

The Islamic teachings that was brought by Mohammed 14 centuries ago should be faced with courage and boldness, we should expose and show its faults and warn humanity of its dangers. We should, even though we are different –look with reason to these teachings that urges people, human beings, to become monsters that don’t know anything in life except killing and looting and plundering and raping and pillaging.

We should stand courageously and boldly against these teachings that became a plague on humanity and is not supported except by extremists like bin Laden and al Zarqawi and al Zawaheeri and the thugs that assaulted our Coptic brothers and burned their homes and stole their properties, and tried to assault their religious men and destroy their churches.

We should take off the religious and sectarian gown and look at matters in a more humane way. We should hold trials to all the acts of terrorism and extremism, that our Islamic history have kept their names and their criminal actions starting with Mohamed ibn Abdullah and his company of murderers like Khalid ibn el Waled and Omar ibn el Khattab and Saad ibn Abbi Waqqas and Moiizah Bin Shaabah and Samra bin Gandab and the kings of Beni Ummaya and Beni al Abbass and al Osman, and ending with the Moslem criminals of the modern day that became more famous than movie stars and singers.

We should show the world the truth of these criminals that unfortunately have become role models for our youth and our children and our women. We should expose their false teachings and show the world that they are a big danger that should be exterminated and removed from its roots.

Before you put on trial the people that are responsible for the crimes that occurred on Black Friday in Maharram Beh, you should first put on trial the dirty teachings that caused them to go on a rampage of stealing and plundering and looting.. put Islam on trial and sentence it and its symbols with a figurative execution so that you can be sure that what happened yesterday will never be repeated again.

For as long as Islam exists on this world all your efforts to end wars and disputes and upheavals will fail because Islam’s dirty finger will be found behind every catastrophic event to humanity.

In the name of Christ they’re Sick, Sick, Sick

I thought we’d got rid of all the stupid flagellant stuff from the Middle Ages when people were primitive and bestial, trusting in a primordial god-figure to save themselves from the wrath of hell.

But no. So called civilised people are getting themselves crucified as a form of penance, but, being the modern world, it’s now a great tourist attraction, satisfying the basal instincts of the mob that gets bigger every year. It’s all here on this news link for today.  No doubt the YouTube videos are being passed around the playgrounds as we speak, chipping away at people’s disgust threshold and increasing the population’s tolerance for all things dastardly and horrible with the world.  It’s in the Philippines.  Basingstoke next then?

The Catholic Church has come all out against it (as if!) and says it “frowns upon it“. This is the same bunch that gets seriously upset if anyone says that Jesus might’ve been gay or didn’t exist or Mary Magdalene was a hooker or anything.

I think it’s time they got their priorities sorted mate, don’t you? Christ’s commandment at the Last Supper was supposedly to “love one another”…

There’s something here that doesn’t quite add up. (sarcasm alert!)

Mind you. It could be worse.  If it was a Muslim lot doing it and anyone commented on it then you’d get blown up or something, like in that Danish cartoon thing.  There, a Danish dude drew a picture depicting the irony of someone hiding behind a peaceful religion going around bombing ordinary people.  It’s in the news again today….Bin Laden is rabble-rousing the uneducated masses to bomb anyone who suggests that he’s a bomber….again….   You work it out…

I’ll see if I can find the picture again and put it out.  It shows a truth I guess, but is designed to offend those whose offence thresholds are markedly skewed to mine.

oo! oo!  better be careful!

Nah! Call a spade a spade.

How Much does the US/UK War (sorry, war on terror) cost?

There’s a neat book just been released by a Nobel prize winning author Joseph Stiglitz, and Linda Bilmes of Harvard, that counts the true financial cost of the Bush conspired conflict. This is a BBC article and a similar one on The Guardian written by Aida Edemariam who met him.

It’s a truly staggering piece, and if true, shows the complete disregard for sense, natural order, civility, and mathematics that the Bush administration has had, but also the pure hypocrisy, greed and terrible decisions that they demonstrated time after time that will haunt the west for decades.

I predict that within five years their legacy will be so bad that anyone remotely connected to them will have distanced themselves as far as possible because, in all likelihood, the Bush personnel will be held up as international criminals of the highest order, guilty of embezzlement, illegal imprisonment, murder, torture, war crimes, vote rigging, perverting the course of justice, and even, if the Baer bank saga pans out properly, treason.

Read the two links above through.

Here’s the Twin Towers story about it being an insurance scam by the owner and also the Bin Laden family being in cahoots with the Bush family. It’s certainly controlled explosions. I thought that when I first saw it…

And here’s another about the truth behind old gran-pappy Bush and his descendants from the work of John Buchanan. Nazi links, dodgy money and all.

This is another take on the 9/11 saga

These videos may sound a bit mad but if you consider these points below, all taken from information freely available on the web and tie it all together in your mind, the truth that is partly revealed is shocking. Perhaps it’s too shocking to believe and people don’t wish to look stupid or non-patriotic at times of national crisis to even think that these things could be true. We don’t want to think that these people can get away with murder in our name – so we just let them rather than doing anything about it. People are sheep. It’s easy. You are warm, fed, can buy most things you need or can find someone to blame if you can’t…

Anyway:

  • Bush got elected by a couple of chads
  • His brother as governor of Florida rigged the vote to get these chads to work
  • His father is a member of a secret society
  • Loads of the secret society run the CIA
  • His father was in an airairplane with two other men in WW2 when it got hit.
  • His father was UN ambassador when the CIA got a democratically elected leader of another country (Chile) killed.
  • His father ran the CIA and conveniently got out just before the Iran revolution
  • Dick Cheney was Defense secretary to GHW and VP to Bush W during the two Iraqian invasions.
  • Halliburton, Cheney’s company has got 19.2 billion dollars of contracts in Iraq
  • Colby was in charge of the CIA when Allende died.
    • Colby had notable liberal views and mysteriously died in a boating accident when he’d started writing books of his experiences
    • Kissinger got Colby sacked and replaced by GHW Bush and Secretary of Defense Schlesinger by Rumsfeld
    • Rumsfeld, Bush, Cheney started the “war on terror”, invaded Iraq for oil, Afganistan for fear factor
    • Schlesinger’s predessor at the CIA when things were made tough in Chile, Vietnam etc was Richard Helms
      • Helms is the only CIA director to be convicted of lying to congress
        • Despite this he got medals and all sorts
    • Helms died a very painful death from bone cancer – karmic retribution started before he died!
  • GHW was in conference with Bin Laden’s brother when the twin towers were struck on 11 September
    • 11 September was the day President Allende died
  • The Taliban cleaned all opium out of Afganistan and the world price rocketed for heroin (from which it’s made)
  • Since the Taliban lost power with the US/UK invasion, opium cultivation is booming right under everyone’s noses
    • Street price of heroin is cheaper now than it’s ever been
    • Opium money is fuelling the “terrorists” – or patsies.
  • This youtube video says it all. Make sure you follow the extra text in About This Video

This is not fiction folks. That smiling folksy chump Bush and his entourage are as evil as they come!
